Things are warming up here in Santa Cruz and all the ladies of Harts are dreaming of a new spring wardrobe! What kinds of warm weather projects are you guys working on?
They say when it rains, it pours, and this week it is pouring fabric.
I am going to keep this post brief since there are mountains of fabric out there, just waiting to get online and in your hands. And I am very, very excited. So many summer goodies including new swimwear, active wear, rayon, and pretty stretch twill from France. Not to mention, lots of Ella Moss knits and denim from high end mills.
If you are anything like me, your brain is going to start running wild with sewing plans.
To help you next time you are shopping.
Such a cute baby quilt. It’s the perfect size!
Fun inspiration for the Karri dress pattern.
Girls supporting girls. Congrats ladies!
Have a lovely weekend.

We’re looking to shake up our blog and we need your input…
We love doing our weekly Love List and we have no intention of stopping it but we are wondering how you would feel if it was published on a different day of the week? Something new would be taking it’s place if we move it from Friday, we just thought you might like to weigh in.
So…what are your thoughts? Is there a column you wish we had but don’t? Let us know.
Loving this look. The pattern will be in store real soon,
We’re on board. Look for these and a few other beverage related prints in the next week.
I can see this being a staple in many people’s summer wardrobe! It would be great in our favorite Modal Jersey Knits.
So many fabulous wardrobe planning illustrations have been popping up.We are really enjoying this one and this one.
What a lovely underpinning. Would you wear it?
I’m quite taken by this design. I can’t help but repost.
PLUS…Happy Birthday, April Rhodes!
Have a wonderful weekend!
What are your plans for the weekend? After our buying trip in LA, I am fired up to get my sewing room organized and ready for Spring sewing. The warmer weather is also a great reminder that it’s time to make up a few batches of basic tees and tanks.
After looking at some of the new trends for Spring that showed up on runways, and in stores, we are seeing lots of wearable, and easy to sew options. We can’t wait to introduce you to more options as they arrive.
So we want to know, what would you like to see more of? What are your favorite parts? We want to share things we are loving while still making sure they are things you are loving it too!
Have a wonderful weekend!
Looking to unwind from the stress of the weekend? Try this.
And this…it smells like pineapples!
This cheerful quilt would be beautiful hanging on a wall or featured on a bed.
Mmm weekend plans…
It finally feels like Spring might be nearing closer. The sun has been out for the past few days and we just got in a huge shipment of warm weather patterns from Named and Papercut. Have you started planning your Spring sewing? If so, what is on your project queue?
Another week, another pattern shipment! All our new patterns have us in a bit of a sewing frenzy around here. Many of us will be spending the weekend sewing up some new store samples, while others will be testing out the lovely new selection of Named and Papercut patterns for fun. We might even be sewing up some surprises for Monday!
Enough about us…On to your weekly links!
